2nd September 1994 is appointed as the date as from which section 144 of the Transport Act 19682 (transfer and disposal of historical records and relics) shall cease to have effect in relation to transfers or other disposals by the Board of any such historical records or relics, or other documents or objects, as are mentioned in that section.
