2. The area designated a free zone by the Free Zone (Port of Tilbury) Designation Order 1992(1) shall be varied so as to consist of the area of 766.9 acres in the Borough of Thurrock in the County of Essex, shown enclosed by a red line on a map (being of a scale of 1:5000), marked “Map referred to in article 2 of the Free Zone (Port of Tilbury) Designation (Variation) Order 1994”, signed by a Collector of Customs and Excise and dated 16th May 1994.
