Revocation

4.  The following regulations are hereby revoked—

(a)the Oil Fuel (Sulphur Content of Gas Oil) Regulations 1990(1)); and

(b)the Oil Fuel (Sulphur Content of Gas Oil) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991(2).
