The South Western Regional Health Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of facilities formerly managed by the Plymouth Health Authority resulting from a change in the functions of that Health Authority and the South Western Regional Health Authority, having consulted that Regional Health Authority and the Plymouth and Torbay Health Authority2 in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
