This Order transfers to the Wakefield and Pontefract Community Health National Health Service Trust on 29th September 1994 trust property formerly held by the Wakefield Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the NHS Executive Trust Unit, 1W29 Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
