Aid for access to land3
Subject to the provisions of these Regulations, the Minister may make payments of aid to any person who on the date of the submission of his application occupies the land to which the application relates as owner or tenant and who undertakes for the duration of the access period—
a
to set-aside an area of land on his holding;
b
to permit members of the public to have access to that area for the purposes of quiet recreation; and
c
to manage that area and any parcel of land on his holding crossed by an access route in accordance with the requirements set out in the Schedule.
