This Order may be cited as the Rotherham Priority Health Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 6th October 1994.

In this Order—

• “the Authority” means the Rotherham Health Authority;

• “the Trust” means the Rotherham Priority Health Services National Health Service Trust;

• “the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 21st April 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
