This Order transfers to the Basildon and Thurrock General Hospitals National Health Service Trust on 6th October 1994 trust property formerly held by the South Essex Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Room 1/ W/29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
