1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Central Scotland Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Appointment of Trustees) Order 1994, and shall come into force on 1st October 1994.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
“the Trust” means the Central Scotland Healthcare National Health Service Trust.
