2. The responsible authority for the area designated a free zone by article 2(1) of the Free Zone (Birmingham Airport) Designation Order 1991(1) shall, in substitution for The Prudential Assurance Company Limited who were appointed by article 3 of that Order, be Prudential Portfolio Managers Limited whose Registered Office is at 142 Holborn Bars, London EC1N 2NH.
