This Order transfers to the Aintree Hospitals National Health Service Trust on 27th October 1994 trust property formerly held by the St. Helens and Knowsley Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit IW29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
Transfer of trust property2
On 27th October 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
