This Order transfers to the Plymouth Community Services National Health Service Trust on 8th February 1994 trust property formerly held by the Plymouth and Torbay Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
