SCHEDULE 6 WATERSIDE HABITATS: ELIGIBLE RIVERS

1.  Land eligible for waterside habitats must be alongside a watercourse within the watershed of one of the following rivers:–

(a) Dee,

(b) Don,

(c) Spey,

(d) Tweed.
