Saving for other protective provisions E+W+S

104.  Nothing in these Regulations shall be construed as excluding the application of the provisions of Part I of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981(1) (protection of wildlife) in relation to animals or plants also protected under Part III of these Regulations.
