Construction as one with planning legislation E+W+S

68.  Regulations 54 to 67 shall be construed as one–

(a) in England and Wales, with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; and

(b) in Scotland, with the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972.
