Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order makes provision for the modification of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 and the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and regulations made or having effect thereunder so as to give effect to the Agreement set out in the Schedule to the Order. The Agreement relates to contributions, sickness benefit, maternity allowance, invalidity benefit, unemployment benefit, retirement pension, widow’s benefit, family benefits, attendance benefits and industrial injuries benefits.
This Order does not impose any costs on business.
