SCHEDULE 2E+W REQUIREMENTS FOR COLLECTING SYSTEMS
1. Collecting systems shall take into account waste water treatment requirements.E+W
2. The design, construction and maintenance of collecting systems shall be undertaken in accordance with the best technical knowledge not entailing excessive costs, notably regarding—E+W
(a)volume and characteristics of urban waste water;
(b)prevention of leaks;
(c)limitation of pollution of receiving waters due to storm water overflows.
