LAND CHARGES

These Rules amend the Land Charges Fees Rules 1990 (Fees Rules) by prescribing two new fees to cover applications made to the registrar’s computer system by means of the applicant’s remote terminal:—a fee of £1 for an office copy of an entry in the register (including any plan);a fee of £2 per name for an official search in the index (including the issue of a printed certificate of result).
