The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1994

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 99(1) of the Supreme Court Act 19811, sections 2(1) and 26 of the County Courts Act 19842 and by sections 117(4) and 374 of the Insolvency Act 19863, hereby makes the following Order:—
