This Order amends the Importation of Animal Products and Poultry Products Order 1980 so as to extend the prohibition of landing animal products or poultry products without a licence. The prohibition now covers all animal products and poultry products other than those covered in specific legislation listed in the Schedule.

The Importation of Animal Products and Poultry Products (Amendment) Order 19806 and the Importation of Animal Products and Poultry Products (Amendment) Order 19817 are hereby revoked.
