Person whose benefit is not to be reduced under section 30DD(1)26
Section 30DD(1) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (reduction of incapacity benefit for pension payments) shall not apply to a person who is entitled to the highest rate of the care component of disability living allowance under section 72 of the Contributions and Benefits ActF2, armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011F3or the enhanced rate of the daily living component of personal independence payment under section 78(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
