[F1 Person whose benefit is not to be reduced under section 30DD(1) E+W+S

26.   Section 30DD(1) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (reduction of incapacity benefit for pension payments) shall not apply to a person who is entitled to the highest rate of the care component of disability living allowance under section 72 of the Contributions and Benefits Act[F2 , armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011] [F3 or the enhanced rate of the daily living component of personal independence payment under section 78(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012].]
