This Order transfers to the Hartlepool Community Care National Health Service Trust on 22nd December 1994 trust property formerly held by the Tees Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
