The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 64 and 77(3) of the Charities Act 19921 and, having regard to the definition of “the prescribed requirements” in section 59(6), section 59 of that Act, and after such consultation as is mentioned in section 77(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
