Transitional and Supplemental provisions
7.—(1) This article applies to section 42 of the Essex River and South Essex Water Act 1969(1) and section 12 of the Essex River Authority Act 1972(2).
(2) The modifications made by this Order shall have effect in relation to the enactments to which this article applies only in so far as those enactments have effect in accordance with section 42 of, and Schedule 8 to, the Anglian Water Authority Act 1977(3).
