14. In the Warble Fly (England and Wales) (Infected Areas) Order 1985(1), in article 2 in the definition of “product” after the words “granted under the Medicines Act 1968” there shall be inserted the words “or a marketing authorisation to which the Marketing Authorisations for Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulations 1994 apply”.
