In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 172(2) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994.

The provisions of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 referred to in the left—hand column of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters described in the right—hand column of that Schedule) shall come into force on 9th January 1995.
