2. Part II of the Table of Consular Fees in the Schedule annexed to the Consular Fees Order 1994(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in Fee 14 for paragraph (i) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(1) Issuing a British Visitor’s passport except where fee 14(2) is applicable ... ... ... ... | 12.00”; |
(b)in Fee 20 for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(a)Receiving an application for— | |
(i)entry clearance (other than for the United Kingdom or a dependency of the United Kingdom) ... ... ... ... | 20.00 |
(ii)entry clearance for a dependency of the United Kingdom ... ... ... ... | 20.00”; |
(c)in Fee 22 for paragraph (1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(1) Receiving, outside the United Kingdom, an application for— | |
(a)a visa for passing through the United Kingdom without entering it, where the applicant is under 25 years of age ... ... ... ... | 12.50 |
(b)a visa for passing through the United Kingdom without entering it, where the applicant is 25 years of age or over ... ... ... ... | 25.00 |
(c)entry clearance; (i)in respect of any of the following
valid in each case in accordance with the following specified conditions | |

(d)in Fee 22 there shall be inserted, after paragraph (1), the following entry—
“(2) Receiving in the United Kingdom an application made in the United Kingdom for a certificate of entitlement to the right of abode ... ... ... ... | 20.00”. |
