The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of facilities formerly managed by the Somerset Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Westcountry Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Westcountry Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 9th February 1994.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Somerset Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Westcountry Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 28th June 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
2. On 9th February 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Westcountry Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust on 9th February 1994 trust property formerly held by the Somerset Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill,Leeds LS2 7UE.
