The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, whose objects are specified in the Schedule to this Order, is established as a Research Council for purposes of the Science and Technology Act 1965.

This Order may be cited as the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.
