This Order may be cited as the North Yorkshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 24th March 1994.

In this Order—

• “the Authority” means the North Yorkshire Health Authority;

• “the Trust” means the North Yorkshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust;

• “the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 1st October 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
