Amendment of regulation 42 of the Family Credit Regulations
21. In regulation 42 of the Family Credit Regulations (certain amounts to be disregarded in respect of students' income)—
(a)for the words “other than grant income and covenant income” there shall be substituted the words “other than grant income, covenant income and loans treated as income in accordance with regulation 42A(1)”;
(b)after the words “sums disregarded under regulation 38(2)” there shall be inserted the words “and (2A)”(2).
