4. In regulation 18 (Requirements for tests), for paragraph (1)(b) there shall be substituted—
“(b)sign, on the Driving Test Report Form produced to him by the examiner before the test commences, a declaration that there is in force, in relation to the use of the vehicle provided for the purposes of the test, a policy of insurance which complies with the requirements of Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1988;”.
