24. Nothing in section 47(2) of the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958(1) or Article 29 of the Agricultural Marketing (Northern Ireland) Order 1982(2) (which restrict the disclosure of certain information obtained under those enactments) shall restrict or apply to the disclosure of any information if, and in so far as, the disclosure is required or authorised by these Regulations or the Community legislation.
