5.  The Rules on the Testing of Sight by Persons Training as Ophthalmic Opticians 1974 (scheduled to the General Optical Council (Rules on the Testing of Sight by Persons Training as Ophthalmic Opticians) Order of Council 1974(1)) are hereby revoked.
