In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 18 of the Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) Measure 19771 as amended by the Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) (Amendment) Measure 19932 the Vacation of Benefices Rule Committee constituted in accordance with subsection (1) of that section hereby makes the following Rules:—
