These Rules regulate the procedure and practice of provincial tribunals in connection with enquiries under the Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) Measure 1977 (as amended by the Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) (Amendment) Measure 1993(1)) and deal with the obtaining of medical evidence in connection with such enquiries.
