Citation and commencement
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Borders Regional Council (Galashiels Mill Lade) (Amendment) Water Order 1994 and shall come into force on 15th July 1994.
(2) This Order and the South-East of Scotland Water Board (Galashiels Mill Lade) Water Order 1969(1) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”), the Borders Regional Council (Galashiels Mill Lade) (Amendment) Water Order 1977(2), the Borders Regional Council (Galashiels Mill Lade) (Amendment) Water Order 1984(3) and the Borders Regional Council (Galashiels Mill Lade) (Amendment) Water Order 1990(4) may be cited together as the Borders Regional Council (Galashiels Mill Lade) Water Orders 1969 to 1994.
