Commencement
3. The following provisions of the 1993 Act shall come into force on the commencement date—
so much of section 132 as was not brought into force on 10th November 1993, section 184, and
section 187(2) in so far as it relates to the repeal of the English Industrial Estates Corporation Act 1981(1).
