This Order may be cited as the Two Shires Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 28th April 1994.

In this Order—

• “the Authority” means the Buckinghamshire Health Authority;

• “the Trust” means the Two Shires Ambulance National Health Service Trust;

• “the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 30th November 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
