The Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals' National Health Service Trust(Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the East Berkshire Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals' National Health Service Trust2, having conslted Berkshire Health Authority3and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
