2. In section 16(3) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976(1) (conditions on which the provision of amusements is permitted at certain commercial entertainments), paragraph (b) shall have effect as if, for the sum of £5 specified in that paragraph, there were substituted the sum of £30.

Section 16(3)(b) has effect by virtue of Article 2 of the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) (Scotland) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/749), as if, for the sum of £5 specified in that paragraph, there were substituted the sum of £25.
