Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721, sections 60 (other than subsection (3)(r)), 61, 77, 101 and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 19822 and section 35 of the Airports Act 19863 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
