53. —In head (ii) of sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 1 of regulation 26 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations, after the word “estimating” there shall be inserted the words “ under paragraphs(1) to (5) of regulation 11, ”.
