Amendment of Schedule 2 to the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations
55.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph 24, for the words “Where a parent provides”, there shall be substituted the words “For each week in which a parent provides”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 24, after the word “by” there shall be inserted the words, “, on behalf or in respect of”.
(4) In paragraph 27, for the words “does not in any period exceed” there shall be substituted the word “exceeds”.
