This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Wales) (Special Grant) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 26th January 1995.

In this Order, “new principal council” means a new principal council established under section 3 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994.
