Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 9 of the Carriage by Air Act 19611, section 5(1) of the Carriage by Air (Supplementary Provisions) Act 19622, section 8 of the Tokyo Convention Act 19673, section 108 of the Civil Aviation Act 19824 and section 39 of the Aviation Security Act 19825, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
