CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS
This Order, which is made under the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985, amends the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1993 in order to specify that, for the purposes of that Act, Zimbabwe is a Contracting State to the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, The Hague, 25th October 1980, with effect from 1st July 1995.
