This Order transfers to the Dudley Priority Health National Health Service Trust on 28th July 1995 trust property formerly held by the Dudley Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the NHS Executive, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
