Transfer of areas

4.  Each area marked B1 and B2 on the map shall be transferred from—

(a) Staffordshire;

(b) the borough of Stafford;

(c) the Barlaston ward of that borough;

(d) the parish of Barlaston;

to—

(i) the county of Stoke-on-Trent;

(ii) Stoke;

(iii) the Blurton ward of Stoke;

and shall become unparished.
